Responsibilities:

  • Hiring:
    Manage the end-to-end hiring process for international candidates, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Sourcing:
    Identify and attract top international talent through various sourcing strategies such as job boards, networking platforms, and recruitment agencies.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with global HR teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to international labor laws, visa requirements, and internal recruitment policies.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Preferred Experience:
    Prior experience in recruitment or HR, especially in an international or multicultural environment, is an advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

    • Ability to work across different time zones and cultures
