Summer Internship @ Jazz

What You’ll Do

As an Intern – Digital Products at Jazz, you will:

• Assist in user journey mapping and UX testing for new app features
• Support onboarding of digital healthcare services (doctors, labs, pharmacies)
• Conduct market and competitor research to propose product improvements
• Help design and localize app content (Urdu/English) for better engagement
• Track user behavior via analytics tools and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams
• Contribute to planning and execution of digital campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Education:

• BBA or MBA (preferred)

Skills & Tools:

• Familiarity with healthcare, digital marketing, or finance domains
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Canva, Google Analytics/Firebase
• Understanding of UX/UI and digital product workflows
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability
