About The Role

Join the world’s leading beauty company and shape the future of iconic brands including L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York. As a Management Trainee, you’ll take ownership of strategic projects, work alongside senior leaders, and build capabilities that drive meaningful impact across our business.

What You’ll Do

Support project teams across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Sales. Conduct research and analysis to generate insights that inform business strategies. Create presentations and deliverables that contribute to team objectives. Learn from mentors and develop foundational skills in your chosen functional area.

What We’re Looking For

Undergraduate students from 1st to 3rd year across all majors. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Curiosity, drive, and commitment to learning in a demanding professional environment.
