Supportix Global is looking for an experienced Business Development Bidder with prior experience in AML, Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Services, or related professional services to join its Karachi team.
The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified leads and secure new business opportunities by identifying relevant projects across Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance and professional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify relevant project opportunities
Review job requirements and assess potential business opportunities
Prepare customized and compelling proposals
Submit timely bids across relevant platforms
Manage client communications and follow-ups
Maintain and track the bidding pipeline
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
Support the conversion of successful bids into new business opportunities
Requirements:
Prior experience in business development, online bidding, or lead generation
Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar professional platforms
Excellent written communication and proposal-writing skills
Strong understanding of AML, Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Services, or related areas
Ability to identify qualified opportunities and align proposals with client requirements
Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
