Swenta Solutions is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented QA & Technical Support Associate to join its technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Test web applications and software features to identify bugs and ensure functionality.
- Perform functional and regression testing and prepare test cases.
- Document bugs and coordinate with developers to verify fixes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist users with software-related queries.
Requirements
- *BSCS student* or *recent graduate* in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with web applications, databases, or bug-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is preferred.
