V2F Solutions, a technology‑driven recruitment firm, is looking to add a proactive Talent Specialist to its Islamabad office. The role focuses on sourcing IT talent and handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract technical candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct talent mapping, maintain candidate pipelines, and engage prospects throughout the hiring journey.
- Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track applications and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified shortlists.
- Support international recruitment initiatives when required.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (preferred).
- 1–2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or IT recruitment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
- Strong English communication, organizational abilities, and familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
- Experience in international hiring is an added advantage.
