About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with strong expertise in workflow automation and no code/low code platforms. The ideal candidate will build, manage, and optimize automated workflows and integrations using tools such as Zapier and n8n to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as Zapier, n8n, and similar tools.
Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Develop and optimize complex automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot workflow failures, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
Document workflows, integrations, and technical processes for maintainability.
✅ Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, workflow automation, or systems integration.
Hands-on experience with Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and application integrations.
Experience designing and managing complex, multi-step automated workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to confidently present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver reliable solutions.
✅ Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with similar platforms.
Familiarity with JSON, basic scripting, and data transformation.
Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
