We are seeking a motivated Presales Trainee to join our team and support the preparation of technical proposals, analysis of customer requirements, and demonstration of cybersecurity solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in cybersecurity technologies, solution design, and presales processes. The position offers exposure to various aspects of cybersecurity sales support, including vendor coordination, lab setup, and proposal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders, prepare compliance matrices, and assist in drafting detailed technical proposals.
– Support solution sizing and the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) by coordinating with vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
– Assist in setting up lab environments and conduct demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for cybersecurity solutions.
– Maintain opportunity trackers and ensure all proposal documentation is accurate and up to date.
– Complete assigned vendor training programs and obtain necessary accreditations to enhance technical knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Basic understanding of networking principles, Windows/Linux operating systems, and fundamental cybersecurity concepts.
– Familiarity with security technologies such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), firewalls, or similar solutions gained through academic projects, labs, or internships.
– Good command of English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
– Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are advantageous.
– Practical experience with home lab setups or relevant internships in cybersecurity will be considered a plus.
