AirSial, known as “The Pride of Pakistan,” is seeking a Trainee Engineer MCC to join its Engineering & Maintenance department at the Karachi station. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers to develop their skills within a reputable aviation company. The successful candidate will work closely with the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) team, supporting various engineering and maintenance activities to ensure aircraft safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The Trainee Engineer MCC must demonstrate a strong understanding of basic engineering principles and apply this knowledge effectively in daily tasks. The role involves coordination with line maintenance and MCC teams to monitor aircraft status and maintenance schedules. Experience working on the A320 family of aircraft will be considered an advantage. Additionally, the candidate should maintain clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, to facilitate smooth operations. Proficiency in IT and computer applications is essential to manage maintenance documentation and reporting systems efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Avionics, Electrical, or Electronics from a recognized university. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in MCC or Line Maintenance within an approved Part-145 Maintenance Organisation is preferred. This experience should be beyond on-the-job training or internships, demonstrating practical exposure to aviation maintenance environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, prior working experience on the Airbus A320 family will be advantageous. Strong communication skills and computer literacy are critical for success in this role.
