Folio3 is offering a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates to gain technical training and hands-on experience within its NetSuite division. This role is designed to help candidates develop a strong foundation in NetSuite ERP by working closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and support solution implementation. The position provides exposure to various stages of the NetSuite lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-go-live support, making it ideal for those looking to build a career in ERP consulting and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in analyzing customers’ business requirements, needs, and objectives to design effective solutions within the NetSuite platform.
– Support the preparation of solution designs and conduct gap analysis for business requirements not covered by standard NetSuite ERP functionality.
– Help draft detailed functional specifications for any gaps that require customization by the technical team.
– Participate in process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate the NetSuite solution to clients and gather feedback.
– Assist in developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases, guide customers through the UAT process, and help resolve any issues encountered.
– Contribute to the development of data migration strategies and templates, and oversee data upload activities into the NetSuite ERP system.
– Ensure a smooth and timely cutover to NetSuite ERP by proactively addressing risks identified during data migration and earlier implementation phases.
– Provide post-go-live support to clients and assist in identifying opportunities for upselling additional support services when needed.
Required Qualifications
– ACCA affiliate or finalist status.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to analyze and understand complex business processes.
– Basic knowledge or prior exposure to ERP systems, with a preference for experience related to NetSuite.
