Jaffer Group is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join its pesticides sales team in Taunsa, Punjab. The role is designed for recent agriculture graduates to acquire practical field experience and develop sales competencies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with dealers and farmers to boost product reach.
- Assist in expanding market presence and generating demand at the farm level.
- Support field activities such as product demonstrations and on‑farm technical assistance.
- Monitor product visibility and ensure shelf stock at retail outlets.
- Participate in market surveys and help compile sales reports.
Who Should Apply
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience, preferably fresh graduates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and agricultural products.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
