Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs that
enhance usability and aesthetics across digital products. You will work closely with startups
from various industries, translating their vision into intuitive and visually compelling
interfaces. This role requires a balance of creativity, problem-solving, and technical
execution to deliver high-quality design solutions.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers,
ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design Execution:
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
Ensure designs are optimized for performance and responsiveness across devices.
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and user needs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving overall design standards.
Innovation & Trends:
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Experiment with new design approaches to enhance user experiences.
Key Requirements
Experience: Fresh graduates can apply
A strong portfolio showcasing app and web interface designs.
Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
Understanding of UX principles, including user research, usability testing, and information
architecture.
Knowledge of front-end technologies HTML/CSS/JS is a plus but not required.
Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions and present concepts effectively to
stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills to work within a remote team environment.
Mindset: Passionate about design and solving user experience challenges creatively.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
