About the Program
The University of Management and Technology (UMT) is inviting applications for its Future Leaders Program 2026, a 12-month Management Trainee Officer (MTO) track designed to develop high-potential graduates into future organizational leaders. Selected trainees will gain hands-on exposure across departments, work closely with senior executives, and take on a capstone project by the end of the program.

Eligibility / Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience
- Minimum CGPA of 3.75 (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership potential
- Willingness to rotate across departments and functions
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
