We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate male to join our team as an Upwork Bidder-Trainee. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, five days a week, with Saturdays and Sundays off. The role offers a paid internship opportunity that has the potential to transition into a permanent position. The workplace is located in FB Area, Block 8, Azizabad, near Tabba Heart Hospital. Key Responsibilities:
– Generate sales by effectively utilizing the Upwork freelancing platform.
– Write compelling and customized proposals that align with client requirements.
– Manage the bidding process to maximize the chances of winning projects.
– Accurately categorize projects to streamline and focus bidding efforts.
