Tech Be Solution is offering a three‑month, paid internship in US construction estimation, based in its Lahore office. Fresh graduates will work alongside senior estimators and get practical exposure to residential and commercial projects that follow US standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior estimators in performing quantity takeoffs and measuring materials from US construction drawings.
- Use estimation tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
- Examine architectural, structural and MEP drawings to capture project specifications.
- Help compile bid packages, detailed cost estimates and project schedules.
- Keep estimation records and project files organized and up‑to‑date.
Who Should Apply
- Recent graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and strong numerical aptitude.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
- A proactive learner with attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally.
