We’re Hiring: *AI Automation Specialist (Remote)*
Vogent Labs is a remote staffing company connecting vetted, Pakistan-based talent with businesses across the US, UK, Europe, and Canada. We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design and build AI-powered workflows that save our client businesses time and money.
What you’ll do:
* Build automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Zapier
* Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into business processes through APIs
* Build AI agents, chatbots, and voice agents (e.g. Vapi, Retell) for lead handling, support, and internal operations
* Connect business tools through APIs and webhooks (CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
* Set up knowledge bases and retrieval-based (RAG) assistants using client documents
* Test, document, and maintain automations so they run reliably
* Explain solutions clearly to non-technical clients
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years of hands-on experience building automations with n8n, Make, or Zapier
* Practical experience working with LLM APIs and prompt design
* Comfortable with APIs, JSON, and webhooks. Basic JavaScript or Python is a strong plus
* Able to understand a business problem and turn it into a working automated solution
* A portfolio of real automations or AI tools you’ve built
Mandatory requirements
- Based in Pakistan
- Proven experience working directly with international clients
- Able to work US or European business hours
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Own laptop, reliable internet connection, and a proper remote work setup
Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
