WE’RE HIRING | *Business Development Representative (BDR)*

💰 Salary: PKR 250,000–300,000 per month
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years

Winnors is looking for a driven, confident and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us expand our client base across the UK and USA markets. We specialise in outsourcing and remote staffing solutions, connecting businesses with skilled professionals across accounting, virtual assistance, IT, software development, recruitment, call centre operations and more.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and acquire new clients across the UK and USA.
– Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and referrals.
– Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
– Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
– Develop strategies to explore new markets and drive revenue growth.
– Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records and performance reports.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

– Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
– Experience working with UK and USA clients.
– Proven track record of winning new clients and closing deals.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and cold-calling skills.
– A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset.
– Experience in outsourcing, remote staffing, IT services or related industries is an advantage.
