I am scaling our outbound sales division at Xfinitive and looking for an energetic, articulate, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative / Cold Caller to target the US market.

If you have a flawless American accent, a proven track record in US B2B telemarketing, and want to build a long-term recurring income stream, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Outbound Cold Calling: Execute targeted outbound calls to US-based business owners and decision-makers.

Pipeline Generation: Engage prospects, spark curiosity, overcome initial objections, and book qualified meetings or close deals.

CRM Management: Log call outcomes, track pipeline progress, and manage daily follow-ups accurately.

Who I’m Looking For:

Flawless American Accent: Exceptional spoken English with a natural, clear, and professional American/neutral accent.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in US cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales campaigns.

Resilience & Drive: A hunter’s mindset—unfazed by rejection, highly motivated, and comfortable talking directly to business owners.

Tech Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, power backup (UPS/generator), and a quiet workspace at home.

Compensation & Perks
