An exciting opportunity is available for entry-level candidates or those with 6 to 12 months of experience to join a dynamic software house as Sales Trainee Agents. This role offers a fast-paced environment designed to accelerate professional growth in sales through comprehensive training and hands-on internships within the business development office. The position involves chat-based communication, focusing on an international design campaign. The work schedule is night shift, from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13C, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
– Meet and exceed established sales targets and objectives consistently.
– Effectively present and demonstrate products and services to clients via chat.
– Identify new sales opportunities and communicate them to the team leader promptly.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
– Analyze sales trends and adopt new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
– Provide detailed information to clients regarding services, quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines.
– Handle day-to-day client issues and fulfill the needs of both new and existing clients.
– Follow up with new clients to enhance revenue generation.
– Communicate clearly and persuasively through both verbal and chat channels.
Required Qualifications:
– Strong written communication skills with a command of language suitable for professional chat interactions.
– Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
– Basic understanding of social media platforms.
– Familiarity with computer operating systems.
– A growth-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and develop.
