Deazitech is seeking a talented and experienced E-commerce Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Shopify, WooCommerce, Joomla, OpenCart, and WordPress platforms. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites for our clients, as well as creating plugins and applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize e-commerce websites using Shopify, WooCommerce, Joomla, OpenCart, and WordPress platforms.
- Create custom plugins and extensions for WordPress and Shopify to meet specific client requirements.
- Implement and integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce development and technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in developing e-commerce websites using Shopify, WooCommerce, Joomla, OpenCart, and WordPress.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Experience with Shopify Liquid and WordPress plugin development.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Magento, BigCommerce, or PrestaShop.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Certification in Shopify or WordPress development is a plus.
