We are seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as interns. This internship will provide hands-on training in sales through calls and lead generation. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into permanent roles based on performance and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct sales calls to potential leads generated by the company
– Learn and implement sales strategies taught during training
– Meet daily and weekly targets set by the sales team
– Participate in performance tracking and evaluation processes
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Duration and Compensation:
This is a 30-day internship with the potential for a permanent position based on performance. Interns will receive hands-on training and mentorship throughout the duration of the internship.
