Position Overview: Byte is seeking a dynamic and socially adept individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. This role is designed to foster meaningful connections with our audience across various channels, particularly focusing on the MELT brand, a leading Smashburger restaurant in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with the vibrant Lahore community, and ensuring a positive representation of our restaurant brands.
Responsibilities:
Engagement Across Channels:
• Actively engage with the community on all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Reviews
• Represent our restaurant brands in conversations, embodying a fun, responsive, and proactive approach
Content Impact Analysis:
• Analyze the impact of social content created by the team, assessing engagement, reach, and sentiment
•Provide insights on the effectiveness of content strategies and suggest improvements
Community Moderation:
• Moderate online community platforms, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment
• Address community concerns, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Content Evaluation and Curation:
• Evaluate and curate community-generated content to showcase on our social media platforms
• Ensure that curated content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience
Feedback and Reporting:
• Provide regular and actionable feedback to Byte stakeholders on the community’s sentiment, concerns, and suggestions for improvement
• Contribute insights for community activation and collaboration opportunities
Qualifications:
• Social media management and marketing experience
• Proficiency in engaging on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Reviews
• Familiarity with TikTok trends and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu), with the ability to embody the brand’s voice
• Creative mindset, responsiveness, and a proactive approach
• Ability to maintain brand guidelines while interacting with the community
• Punctuality and determination to fulfill given tasks
• Ability to be a team player
