Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship position located in Lahore for an Upwork Bidder. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting proposals for various projects on Upwork. Additionally, the Upwork Bidder will be responsible for working with the team of project managers and clients to acquire a better understanding of their requirements and aligning proposals accordingly. The Upwork Bidder will work closely with clients and project teams to maximize project success rates, assess opportunities that arise, and participate in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing Upwork Proposals
- Proven track record in obtaining Upwork projects for IT Services.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills to articulate project requirements and analyze risks.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple proposals at once.
- Experience in various proposal management tools, such as Proposify, Better Proposals, and others is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
