Role Overview:
BonfireDW is seeking a proactive and communicative Social Media Intern to join our Community Engagement team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about mental health advocacy and adept in digital communication. The intern will be instrumental in engaging with online communities and promoting awareness of our whole-student success coaching across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Engage actively with online groups and discussions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase awareness of BonfireDW’s services.
- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations where BonfireDW’s expertise and resources can be shared.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and align with the overarching social media strategy.
- Help foster and maintain a positive community presence that encourages interaction and connection.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities for community engagement and visibility.
- Assist in tracking engagement metrics and provide insights on community feedback to guide strategy adjustments.
