Are you passionate about fostering generosity through listening and communication? Join us at Vuslat Foundation as we work on promoting generous listening and understanding. We’re seeking a motivated intern to assist with various tasks, including translation, administrative work, social media management, and more.
About Us:
The Vuslat Foundation is a global initiative dedicated to promoting the importance of generous listening. We believe that listening is the cornerstone of meaningful human connections. We partner with academia, civil society, and the private sector to generate knowledge and research, develop methodologies and tools, and build awareness and inspiration around generous listening.
Internship Details:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with translation tasks to support our communication efforts.
- Handle administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and curate content for our Instagram account, promoting our mission of generous listening.
- Collaborate with the team on social media strategies and campaigns to amplify our message.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed, providing valuable support to various departments.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for social media and a good understanding of various platforms.
- Basic Adobe skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Duration: 6-month internship with the possibility of renewal.
Schedule: Expected commitment of two equivalent days per week.
Location: Remote (Office available for in-person work as desired).
Compensation: Paid stipend
