Brainchild Communications Pakistan is looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our media team in Karachi. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate who’s passionate about media, marketing, and brand strategy, and wants hands on experience working alongside experienced professionals on real client campaigns.
As a Management Trainee, you’ll get exposure to the full media planning process from research and strategy to execution and vendor coordination while learning directly from a team that works with some of Pakistan’s most recognizable brands. It’s a role built for someone who’s eager to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into a media planning career.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Marketing or Media (or a closely related field)
Experience
- Around 3 months of relevant experience, ideally involving marketing campaigns or marketing tools (internships count)
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and executing media plans across a mix of digital and traditional platforms, including TV, print, outdoor, and social
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help shape smarter media strategies
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to make sure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging media channels, and best practices so our strategies stay current
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to media planning discussions
- Support day to day campaign coordination, reporting, and documentation as needed
