Bestway Cement Limited is inviting applications from fresh and recent graduates for its Trainee Program 2026, offering structured career paths across three tracks:
1. Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Departments: Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Procurement, Internal Audit, Administration, Plant Control, Dispatch & Store
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, or related discipline)
- Fresh graduates or up to 1–2 years of experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate to plant/site locations as required
2. Trainee Engineer
Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mining, Instrumentation & Control, Environment, Health & Safety
- BE/B.Sc. Engineering degree in the relevant discipline from a HEC-recognized university
- Fresh graduates preferred; prior internship experience in cement/manufacturing is a plus
- Sound technical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in plant/on-site environments
3. Trainee Chemist (Quality Control)
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field
- Strong understanding of lab testing, QC procedures, and analytical techniques
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
