About the Role

HBL is looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate to join its Centralized KYC/CDD Compliance team as a Business Compliance (KYC-CDD) Trainee. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of customer due diligence processes across the bank’s Low and Medium Risk customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop KYC CDD Review of Existing Customers

Perform periodic, anniversary-based KYC CDD reviews of existing Low and Medium Risk customers in line with approved guidelines.
Evaluate and align customer profiles and available information with actual transaction patterns.
Ensure all KYC CDD reviews are completed within assigned timelines.
Identify and report any discrepancies found between the customer’s profile and their transaction activity during the review period.
Coordinate with relevant branches to obtain missing or outdated customer documentation.

Miscellaneous

Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Unit Head or Line Manager within the scope of Centralized KYC CDD Reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualification

Fresh Graduate — final transcript or degree must be in-hand.
Bachelor Pass (14 years of education).

Skills & Competencies

Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Good data analytical skills.
