About the Role
Cola Next is looking for energetic and result-driven Field Marketing Executives to join our growing team across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving on-ground marketing initiatives, building brand visibility, and engaging directly with retailers, distributors, and consumers to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field marketing campaigns and promotional activities in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Conduct market visits to ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and consumer feedback
- Support brand activations, in-store promotions, and product launches
- Prepare daily/weekly field reports and share insights with the marketing team
- Ensure targets related to distribution, visibility, and brand awareness are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotion (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Own conveyance preferred
