About the Program
National Foods is launching its Xcelerate Program 2026, a structured apprenticeship designed to give fresh DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) graduates hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations at one of Pakistan’s leading food companies. Selected candidates will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical training across core technical and support functions at the Faisalabad facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations within assigned technical department (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Food Sciences, or IT)
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining production/manufacturing equipment and systems
- Participate in on-the-job training and structured learning modules
- Follow safety, quality, and hygiene protocols per company standards
- Document processes, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects
Eligibility Criteria
- 3-year DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Chemical
- Food Sciences
- Information Technology
- Age: 18–28 years
- Fresh graduates (no prior work experience required)
- Willingness to work at the Faisalabad Manufacturing Facility
- Strong learning attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills
