Lucky Textile Mills Limited has launched its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program 2026, aimed at fresh graduates looking to start a career in Pakistan’s textile manufacturing sector. Trainees are placed into departments based on their academic background, with roles available in Dyeing/Printing, Laboratory, Industrial Engineering, Finishing, Folding, and Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Undergo structured on-the-job training in your assigned department
- Support day-to-day operations in production, quality, or engineering functions
- Learn technical processes specific to textile manufacturing under senior staff guidance
Who should apply:
- Fresh graduates, or final-semester students needing 1–2 months to complete their degree
- BS Textile Engineering (Processing) – for Dyeing/Printing or Finishing
- BS Chemistry or Textile Engineering – for the Laboratory department
- BE Industrial Engineering – for the IE department
- BS Textiles & Clothing – for Folding
- BE Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering – for the Engineering department
Final-semester students are welcome to apply, with their joining date adjusted to match their expected graduation timeline.
