Key Responsibilities
The Revenue Cycle Management Trainee will work full-time on-site in Lahore, supporting the entire medical billing and RCM process. Responsibilities include assisting with patient registration, verifying eligibility, entering charges, submitting claims, and posting payments. The trainee will review claims for accuracy, follow up on unpaid or denied claims, and document all actions according to company protocols. Daily tasks involve using billing software and EHR systems, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The role also requires adherence to payer and regulatory compliance standards. This position offers structured training and mentorship, providing exposure to the full revenue cycle and opportunities for advancement into specialized RCM roles.
Required Qualifications
– Basic understanding of healthcare billing concepts with a strong willingness to learn all aspects of the revenue cycle, including registration, eligibility, coding, claims processing, denials management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
– Proficiency in computer applications and data entry, comfortable working with EHR systems, billing software, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
– Strong analytical and numerical skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret data while following standardized workflows and checklists.
– Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and document claim activities clearly and accurately.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and commitment to compliance with company policies, procedures, and privacy regulations.
– Ability to work on-site in Lahore, with a collaborative attitude and openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience or exposure to medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare administration is considered an advantage.
