BMA Investment Advisors is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our marketing team in Karachi. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for individuals in their 20s who are active on social media, confident in front of the camera, and passionate about content creation and marketing. As a Management Trainee, you will support various marketing activities with a strong focus on enhancing engagement and growing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and produce engaging Reels, posts, stories, and other short-form content tailored for social media channels.
– Participate in content creation by appearing on camera and assisting with video shoots.
– Support the creation of content for offline marketing campaigns and collateral materials.
– Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and daily marketing tasks.
– Monitor and stay updated on the latest social media trends and emerging content formats to keep our marketing efforts fresh and relevant.
Required Qualifications:
– Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience; prior experience is not mandatory.
– A strong passion for content creation and marketing, coupled with a creative and experimental mindset.
– Confidence and comfort in speaking on camera with a presentable personality.
– Good command of spoken English.
– Ability to quickly learn and adapt while supporting various marketing functions.
– Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms.
– Basic skills in mobile shooting and video editing.
– Any prior content creation experience, including samples or projects, will be considered an advantage and help your application stand out.
