ICON Consultants, based in Karachi, is hiring a meticulous finance professional to oversee distributor reconciliations, claims, discounts, and related account adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Prepare discount calculations and manage on‑invoice deployments such as TO/MPO, rentals, OB incentives, and rural freight.
- Review, record, and settle distributor claims.
- Process sales returns with appropriate accounting treatment.
- Conduct monthly discount reconciliations covering ND, FMR, freight, and on‑invoice discounts.
- Record distributor payments and ledger adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to resolve discrepancies.
Who Should Apply
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Commercial Finance.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with distributor accounting, claims handling, or sales returns is a plus.
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
