💼 Job Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming leads and convert them into paying clients (Front-Sell)
* Understand client needs and recommend additional services (Up-Sell)
* Communicate clearly with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
* Prepare and send proposals / quotations
* Follow up with potential and existing clients
* Maintain client relationships and maximize project value
* Work closely with the design, development team

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience working with a Design Agency is required

* Experience in sales, client handling, or agency work
* Understanding of design, digital services is a plus
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
