A reputable telecom company is seeking a dedicated Technical Associate to join their team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting problems efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and clear communication.
