The Value Engineering Pakistan is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to start as Trainee Customer Success Associates at its Civic Centre office in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This full‑time, night‑shift role (6 PM‑3 AM) offers a monthly salary between PKR 60,000 and 120,000.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and support requests.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and initial service setup.
- Identify, address, and resolve customer issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams when needed.
- Own each case until it is fully resolved and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain regular follow‑ups and nurture long‑term relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats.
Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience in customer success, support, client relations, or account management.
- Candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
