FAMN Shine Co is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Engineer to join their solar energy team in Karachi. This full-time, entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector. The role involves supporting various stages of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, including planning, site assessments, installation coordination, commissioning, inspections, and maintaining project documentation. The position operates on a morning shift basis and requires on-site presence with occasional travel to project locations.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the planning and design of solar PV systems to ensure efficient and effective energy solutions.
– Conduct site assessments to evaluate feasibility and prepare for installation activities.
– Coordinate with installation teams and contractors to facilitate timely and accurate project execution.
– Support the commissioning process by performing tests and inspections to verify system performance.
– Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, technical records, and compliance paperwork.
– Participate in regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
– Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

– Basic understanding of solar PV systems and electrical engineering principles.
