TechSwivel LLC is looking for a motivated trainee to join its fully remote team for a three‑month, unpaid placement. The role is perfect for recent graduates or final‑year students eager to build practical skills in React Native mobile development.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Write clean, scalable code following object‑oriented programming principles.
- Integrate RESTful and third‑party APIs into the applications.
- Work with SQL databases and Firebase for backend and data storage.
- Tackle debugging and logic‑building tasks to improve app functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to ensure quality.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
- Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and the React Native framework.
- Solid grasp of OOP concepts and data structures.
- Familiarity with SQL and Firebase services.
- Ability to solve problems logically and think critically.
- Experience creating at least one iOS or Android app with React Native.
