KGT Global is looking for a Trainee Project Manager/Customer Service Representative to join their team in Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their leadership and project management skills within a dynamic software house environment. The position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with a skilled team of website developers, and communicating with international clients in English. Candidates must be prepared to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six days a week, with Sundays off. This opportunity is best suited for those with some management experience or those seeking to build a career in project management. Students are not eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage up to 15 projects concurrently, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
– Coordinate effectively with website development teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
– Communicate professionally with foreign clients in English, with ongoing support to improve language proficiency.
– Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly.
– Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and meet client requirements.
Required Qualifications:
– A university degree in any discipline is mandatory.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
– Good typing proficiency is required.
– Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions in a project environment.
– Willingness and ability to work full-time night shifts in an office setting.
