Zyltech Digital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee Agents, including fresh graduates and students, to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and guiding them toward our services. Your primary focus will be converting leads into loyal clients while building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
– Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
– Actively promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
– Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
– Resolve customer issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications:
– Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively through chat.
– Enthusiasm for sales and customer service.
– Ability to work night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
– Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital communication tools.
