Biotech Packages Private Limited, a prominent printing and packaging company located in the Industrial Area of Suffiabad, Lahore, is seeking an experienced Flexo Supervisor to lead its flexographic printing department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production teams, manage workflow, and meet daily output targets.
- Operate and fine‑tune 6‑color or larger flexographic printing machines, including plate mounting and color matching.
- Apply knowledge of gravure and offset printing processes to support job fitting and quality control.
- Monitor print quality, reduce waste, and ensure routine machine maintenance.
- Generate production reports using computerized systems and troubleshoot machine issues promptly.
- Lead the team, resolve problems, and drive continuous efficiency improvements.
Who Should Apply
- Professionals with at least five years of experience in flexographic printing.
- Hands‑on expertise with multi‑color flexo presses (6‑color or higher).
- Familiarity with gravure and offset printing techniques.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and team‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in computerized machine operation and production documentation.
