NexPred Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to work remotely from anywhere in Pakistan. The role focuses on creating intelligent AI and computer‑vision solutions for various real‑world problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy machine‑learning and deep‑learning models for practical applications.
- Build and fine‑tune real‑time computer‑vision pipelines such as object detection, tracking and segmentation.
- Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and integrate large language models.
- Train, evaluate and optimise models to boost accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers to embed AI models into production systems.
- Research emerging AI techniques and keep models efficient and scalable.
- Maintain existing models and ensure they remain up‑to‑date.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related discipline.
- At least one year of hands‑on experience in ML or AI development.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas and scikit‑learn.
- Experience with deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Practical knowledge of computer‑vision techniques and models (e.g., YOLO).
- Understanding of LLMs, embeddings and vector‑search technologies.
- Comfort with SQL, Git, REST APIs and basic cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Good problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
