Sunbonn, a software and IT company in Karachi, is hiring an HR Generalist with 2‑3 years of experience to support recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and HR automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers.
- Handle onboarding, employee‑lifecycle activities, and maintain HR documentation.
- Maintain HRMS records, attendance, leave data and generate HR reports.
- Support goal‑setting and performance‑review cycles.
- Assist with HR workflow automation and payroll data coordination.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with HRMS or HR automation tools.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of HR policies and the employee lifecycle.
