Startitup Global, a Karachi‑based firm specializing in international business services, is expanding its team. The company is looking for seasoned professionals to manage company formation processes for clients in the United States and the United Kingdom. These full‑time positions involve guiding clients through registration, compliance and ongoing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file US LLC or corporation formation documents, including EIN applications and state filings.
- Handle UK Limited Company registrations, manage Companies House filings and HMRC requirements such as VAT, UTR and PAYE.
- Assist clients with annual compliance, such as US annual reports and UK Confirmation Statements.
- Respond to international client inquiries and maintain accurate records.
Who Should Apply
