Hanif Rajput is looking for a fresh graduate to join its Finance & Accounts department in Islamabad as a Management Trainee Officer. The role offers practical exposure to daily financial operations, accounting tasks, and reporting under the guidance of the Senior Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions such as receipts, payments and expenses.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable workflows.
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, bills and related financial documents.
- Maintain cash, bank and petty‑cash records accurately.
- Support bank and vendor reconciliations.
- Help compile financial statements, reports and monthly summaries.
- Organize and file financial documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments on payment and record‑keeping matters.
- Perform additional finance‑related tasks as directed by the Senior Finance Manager.
