Utopia, a fast‑growing company operating in the US, UK, Pakistan, China, Korea, Vietnam and Bangladesh, is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its global hiring efforts from Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage passive candidates through direct headhunting techniques.
- Handle the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job intake to extending offers.
- Create talent maps and maintain pipelines for critical roles across multiple regions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers situated in different time zones.
Who Should Apply
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience with strong direct sourcing abilities.
- Graduates with at least 16 years of education.
- Background in a recruitment agency, executive search/HR consultancy, or a software/IT firm.
- Advanced Boolean and X‑ray search skills; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
- Proven headhunting track record, preferably for international positions.
- Excellent English communication skills and availability to join immediately.
