Responsibilities
- Rotate through up to 20 assignments in different technology domains, working on real projects and digital initiatives.
- Contribute to ongoing technology solutions that support business operations and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand the role of technology in the insurance business.
- Develop leadership competencies such as communication, problem‑solving, teamwork and strategic thinking.
- Apply innovative ideas to drive technology‑led transformation within the company.
- Commit fully to the program schedule, including all rotations and learning activities.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in digital innovation, emerging technologies and problem solving.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, effective communication and a growth mindset.
- Willingness to complete the full 12‑month program.
