Peridot Products (Pvt.) Limited, a leading manufacturing company headquartered in Karachi, is seeking an Accounts Officer – Receivable to join its finance team.
The role involves handling credit notes, claims, and export documentation while ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely payments.
Responsibilities
- Process credit notes and claims from customers and distributors.
- Validate distributor claims and maintain supporting documentation.
- Update credit note records and control sheets regularly.
- Liaise with Internal Audit for claim verification, approval, and processing.
- Handle damaged stock claims, secure approvals, and coordinate dispatch, inspection, and valuation with the Materials Management Department.
- Prepare credit advices and circulate status updates.
- Monitor and process sales team travel expenses.
- Manage export documentation, inspections, and follow up on payments.
- Process export rebate claims and coordinate with banks and agents for timely realization.
Who Should Apply
- 3–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections within the manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong understanding of receivables, reconciliations, invoicing, claims, and payment procedures.
