Active8 Wireless, powered by Metro by T-Mobile, is seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at RJ Mall, Karachi. This on-site position is offered on a one-year contract basis with a monthly stipend of PKR 35,000. The role involves monitoring loss prevention activities, CCTV surveillance, inventory protection, compliance checks, and reporting. Candidates should be responsible, alert, and capable of working independently across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with mandatory night shift availability from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
– Loss Prevention: Identify, document, and report any irregularities to prevent operational losses and safeguard company assets.
– CCTV Surveillance: Continuously monitor CCTV feeds to detect unusual activities, security issues, and policy violations.
– Branch & Exit Monitoring: Oversee inventory movement, branch exits, and employee activities using CCTV and other monitoring tools.
– Quality & Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational standards.
– Incident Reporting: Accurately record incidents, observations, and irregularities, providing timely reports to management.
– Operational Monitoring: Track daily activities and highlight deviations from established procedures.
– Administrative Tasks: Manage assigned duties such as sales returns, discount reports, and customer call monitoring.
– Daily Reporting: Prepare clear and precise daily updates on loss prevention and operational matters.
Required Qualifications
– Minimum education of Matriculation or Intermediate level.
– A-Level students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Basic fluency and understanding of English.
– Strong observation skills with keen attention to detail.
– Responsible, disciplined, alert, and trustworthy character.
– Comfortable working in a CCTV surveillance and monitoring environment.
– Willingness and ability to work night shifts effectively.
– Commitment to learn Spanish; no prior knowledge required as training will be provided.
– Night shift availability from Monday to Saturday is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
– Monthly stipend of PKR 35,000.

– Entitlement to 22 working days of leave during the contract period.
